What to Expect

Scope of work:
Design consultation - Assess clients ideas and incorporate them into the space.
Customize existing floorplans - I work with builders, architects and homeowners on their drawings and floor plans.
Provide hand-drawn floorplans and elevations
Provide on-site consultations
Provide off-site consultations - Work with clients via telephone, fax, email, etc.,
Design books - To include fabric swatches, product images, paint samples, flooring and tile samples. 
Paint and color consultations
Room re-design and staging

Fees:
My work is provided on a fee-for-service basis.
A deposit is required before work begins, (amount based on project size).

My fee structure:
Design Consultation:  $150/hr.
Drawings: $250.00/hr.
